Our site is connected to Internet acquiring and you can pay for the Service by Visa or Mastercard bank card. After confirming the selected Product or Service, a secure window will open with the payment page of OneVision processing center, where you need to enter your bank card data. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional authentication of the cardholder. If your issuing bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. For information on the rules and methods of additional identification, please contact the Bank that issued you a bank card.

Online payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of International payment systems Visa and MasterCard on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, for this purpose the most up-to-date methods of verification, encryption and data transmission through closed communication channels are used. Bank card data entry is performed in a secure window on the OneVision payment page.

In the fields on the payment page it is required to enter the card number, cardholder's name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All necessary data is displayed on the surface of the bank card.

CVV2/ CVC2 is a three-digit security code found on the back of the card.

Next, the page of your issuing bank will open in the same window for entering the 3-D Secure code. In case you do not have a static 3-D Secure code set up, it will be sent to your phone number via SMS. If the 3-D Secure code is not sent to you, please contact your issuing bank.

3-D Secure is the most advanced technology for securing card payments on the Internet. It allows to uniquely identify the authenticity of the cardholder performing a transaction and minimize the risk of fraudulent card transactions.

Safety guarantees

OneVision Processing Center protects and processes your bank card data according to PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Information is transmitted to the payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. Further transmission of information takes place over closed banking networks, which have the highest level of reliability. OneVision does not share your card data with us or other third parties. The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, e-mail, credit card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our Web server.

Payment card payments are safe because:

  • The authorization system guarantees the buyer that the payment details of his payment card (number, expiration date, CVV2/CVC2) will not fall into the hands of fraudsters, as these data are not stored on the authorization server and cannot be stolen.
  • The buyer enters his payment data directly in the OneVision authorization system and not on the website of the online store, therefore, the payment details of the buyer's card will not be available to third parties.

Cash refund

No cash refunds are allowed when making online payments with payment cards. The refund procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems:

  1. The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer, after the transfer of the goods, the refusal must be formalized within 14 days;
  2. Return of goods of proper quality is possible in case if its trade dress, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved;
  3. The consumer has no right to refuse goods of proper quality having individually defined properties, if the said goods can be used exclusively by the person acquiring them;
  4. In case of rejection of the goods by the consumer, the seller must return the amount of money paid by the consumer no later than ten days from the date of the consumer's request.

To get a refund to your bank card, you need to fill out the “Application for Refund”, which is sent by the Company to your e-mail address upon request, and send it together with a copy of your identity document to abayaavenuepatternpalace.gmail.com The refund will be made to your bank card within 5-6 business days from the date of receipt of the “Application for Refund” by the Company.

In order to get a refund for transactions made in error, you must submit a written application with a copy of your identity document and receipts confirming the erroneous debit. This application should be sent to abayaavenuepatternpalace.gmail.com

The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The time period for review of the Application and refund starts to be calculated from the moment of receipt of the Application by the Company and is calculated in working days excluding holidays/weekends.

Cases of refusal to make a payment:

  • the bank card is not intended for making payments via the Internet, which can be found out by contacting your issuing bank;
  • insufficient funds for payment on the bank card. You can find out more about the availability of funds on the payment card by contacting the bank that issued the bank card;
  • the bank card details have been entered incorrectly;
  • the validity period of the bank card has expired. The card validity period is usually indicated on the front side of the card (it is the month and year until which the card is valid). You can find out more about the card validity period by contacting the issuing bank.
